Nursing with Food
I am a firm advocate that hospitals and infirmaries should have kitchens that do more than offer tea, toast, and packaged food. They should have kitchens that actually cook food. It need not be Michelin-starred —far from it—but it should be nutritious, clean, and with some taste at least.
