Is Herbal Medicine a joke?
Introduction
It truly requires a paradigm shift - for those skeptical of herbal medicine. What propels the belief to carry on within the individuals is the lack of fundamental understanding of how the herbs help and the gentle nature of most herbs.
It is true that single herbs typically show their true effectiveness after some time. But everybody wants a quick fix, and yes, it's necessary sometimes, but for cases when it's not, why? What is the meaning behind these constant quick fixes? It simply is the extension of the fast-paced culture of our time.
People have no time to be sick, not knowing within the sickness itself is the healing. It's an old saying of a notable Hakim in the West, one of the most prominent in the 21st century. If one ponders on the word patient, you learn you have to be patient.
Going back to the argument, there is one route we can take that tends to help change modern minds more than anything else, and that is scientific research. So let's explore some of the research. Remember that it's only the more effective route because we have placed the authority into it by our educational system, not understanding the corruption behind many research-led social changes when it comes to health changes. But there is still honest research out there done by sincere truth-seeking minds.
Also, note that Unani Tibb is more than herbal medicine. It is a lifestyle medicine, a bodywork medicine, a diet-adjusting medicine, a counseling medicine, and more. It's the complete holistic melting pot of answers and effectiveness and holistic tools to bring genuine healing to individuals' bodies and minds. (For their souls, they are on their own 😄)
Let's Look at The Research!
