Taste: Sweet, pungent & slightly bitter.

Action - warming/uplifting for mental exhaustion

Fresh leaves - rub on insect bites
Infusion - w/motherwort straight after childbirth to prevent a retained placenta
Tincture - w/wood betony & skullcap for nervous conditions, w/hyssop for coughs & bronchitis
